I've been trying to use Absa's online Internet Banking for two days to make a simple payment. I've not been able to complete the transaction after trying 4 times over 2 days because the RVN number required for the transaction arrives more than 30 minutes later on each occasion! This is very frustrating and I shouldn't be paying for a service that doesn't work properly!
