Urgently needed to make a payment to Juta and Company Ltd. The system refused to accept the account number to which I had to make payment as set out in the quotation form sent to me. As a result, had to transfer funds to competing bank in order to complete the transaction.
Generally, the online banking system is difficult to use, complicated and confusing. It is as if it is designed to prevent me from doing what I want to do.
Completely unsatisfactory, especially when all other online banking systems are far more user friendly.
