Tried to make a once-off payment went through the three step process, got a TVN, put it in. Got a green button that said Done, Pay Another Beneficiery etc... clicked Done and didn't think about it again until I started getting complaints from the person that the money was supposed to go to.
I phoned your call center where I was told that they couldn't track the transaction despite the fact that I had the exact time etc of when the TVN was sent. No way for them to tell what happened with my transaction. According to them as far as you are concerned there was no transaction, despite the fact that I had my SMS in front of me saying you are paying X rands to account XYZ
Your new ABSA online user interface is one of the most idiotic experiences I've ever had.
