I made application for a loan ON THE 7th DECEMBER 2012 AND AFTER ALL SAID AND DONE WAS TOLD THAT ALL WAS IN ORDER, BLACKLISTED OR NOT, AND ALL THAT WAS NEEDED WAS THE VERBAL CONFIRMATION OF EMPLOYMENT, NOW IT IS THE 17TH JANUARY 2013, AND THEY SAY THAT I WAS REJECTED, WHICH I KNEW A WHILE AGO, HOWEVER, THE CALL CENTRE STILL INSISTED ALL WAS WELL AND ALL THAT WAS NEEDED WAS THE VERBAL CONFIRMATION OF EMPLOYMENT, THIS COMOANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE HONESTLY IT IS BAD SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, HAVE NO CONCEPT OF TIME EVEN THOUGH THEY CLAIM THAT ANSWERS ARE IN 48 HOURS, THEIR STAFF ACTUALLY DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH, THEIR CHARGES ON i.e R10 000 IS PLUS MINUS R9 8000 SO YOU PAY BACK ON R10 000 NEARLY R20 000, HOW CAN THIS BE ALLOWED THIS IS TERRIB LE SERVICE, THE WORST YET. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL JUST BAD SERVICE
