I'm a Commercial client and this is how I get treated; Lets start of with your new web site, it, and it does not work. I do immediate payments every day from all my banks, but for some reason ABSA cant do immediate payments to Nedbank and I have to use the Old Online Banking platform every time and enter a TVN with every transaction. But what happens today, it gets processed as a normal payment, I don't get a Proof of Payment and I can't get my funds back as a reversal takes 5 days, and I can't prove to my supplier that I have paid so no MY client can't get his products! Then I ask Anna who I phoned at 10:39 for a reference number which she does not want to do, so how the do I complain. Be very careful ABSA I have the authority to close Centolite Fuels Bank account and I will SORT THIS OUT NOW!!! I can't wait a day to have this resolved!
