Poor service and "Dont care attitude"

For 3 weeks now i go to the FNB branch in lambton and then have to wait 40 min for someone to help me and when i ask what is the problem they tell me they are under staffed and they cant do anything to speed it up, there are always 1 or 2 people helping and very long cues. This is redicules and forces me to drive to alberton of germiston branch to do my banking. This is NOT the way i want to do banking, if you cant get more staff then close the branch or i am just going to close my account and move to standerdbank where the service is 10X better. Really fed up with Lambton branch and their attitude, i have witnest a number of people that have left the bank without getting help and waited for up to 1 hour. VERY DISAPPOINTED
