Standard bank alberton stopped my cheque account without reason because of outstanding documents on a credit card application. when i went into the Lambton branch they could not assist me and patronized me. when I called the callcentre they could not help me, when I called the second call centre they checked and said they dont see a reason why because everything is in order and the fica status is ok, when they called the branch they said the account must be fica'd again? i just want to close my account but nobody wants to help me that either.
