How can we remove your banking

This must be the worst branch in Standerd Bank I went there 10 moths ago change my banking detail today still not done. My credit card went to Jeffrey's bay Lady at info it will be at Lambton in 2 day and we will call you after 4 day I went back same Lady O she forgot I asked for the Manager spoke to Melani Andrews and explained that I will receive my card on Saterday but Saterday I only received one card and not the secondary card that will now take a nother 5 days. At reception the Lady asked a African gentleman to help me to set the pin and he refused. she had to leave all the customer and go and help me at the exchange counter

There are no campaign that can you this branch as I also got a company in the area and a lot of customer are complaining and moving there banking out of this branch
