HAVING A NEW BUSINESS AND NEW BUSINESS ACCOUNT I WANTED TO CLOSE THE OLD ONE AT THE LAMBTON BRANCH. THEY CANNOT OR PERHAPS DO NOT WANT TO HELP ME AS I OPENED THE ACCOUNT IN SUNWARD PARK. SO I NEED TO GO ALL THE WAY TO SUNWARD PARK TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR A FILE TO BE TRANSFERRED. I ASKED HIM IF I HAD TO STAY IN DURBAN AND MOVED HERE AND DECIDED TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT THAT I NEED TO GO BACK TO DURBAN TO DO SO. HE ANSWERED YES AND ASKED WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD I OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN DURBAN. REALLY!!! WELL I TRIED, I HAVE INFORMED HIM THAT I WILL NOW JUST LEAVE THIS ACCOUNT AND WHATEVER BANK CHARGES ETC IS ON THE ACCOUNT IT WILL NOT BE PAID. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE!!!
