I have been receiving numerous calls & sms's call your company with regards to Outstanding debt on Free State DOH account. I have called & explained that I am not that person and requested my number be removed from your system as you called & spoke to your debtor (my sister) & arranged for payment with her. Last week Friday 10-05-2013 I got another call from your agents, not only was the agent unprofessional but he was also disrespectful as he disputed my identity and did not give me a chance to explain to him I ended hanging up. Please train your staff properly to learn to listen to a client before "reading" the client's mind as the gentle man even said "I know what you are going to say" after I gave him my cell phone number & he verified that I had an account handed over to you & i finished paying it. Your assistance will be highly appreciated in this regard.
