L withdrew from debt review on 1 July 2013 due to flaws that were never explained to me with some Debt counsellors.
As i have a personal loan with fnb i notified them of the withdrawal and to arrange for reduced payments which never happened because the agents i spoke to said didn't know handle query, after 6 attempts of calls to get a supervisor nothing was arranged and was told my account will be handed over due to non-payments (which still in July no payment skipped yet) and i was told a payment amount cant be arranged due to arrears and agent promised me supervisor will call to explain their procedure which she/he never did and i called back because i don't wante a bad record on my file and was put on hold for 15min while a manager was consulted.
16/08/2013 got a call from debt collectors because my account has been handed over to them to arrange payment, i called fnb and agent confirmed my accout handed over
02/09/2013 debit order goes through on account, called fnb and the is no record of acc. being handed over and again manager wll investgate and call me which was 36hrs ago

i expected better service from this bank but i am really dissappointed
