I phoned JHB branch and none of the agents i spoke to was able to assist me regarding an account handed over (PE branch which is currently closed). I spoke to atleast 4 of them (creditworx employees) same question do you have the ID number for the client when you give it to them "sorry i can not pick up the id number on our system". That is very fustraiting to me and the Debtor that was handed over.
It would be much appreciated if can get assistance about PE debtors.
