Good Morning, my contract has ended but there is an outstanding amount of R1420.00 on the account. it has been handed over to collections agents but I have been receiving calls from 2 different company's. The one place is called "recovery call centre" and the other company is called "Polosa". I have mande arrangement for the payment with "recovery call centre" today and then an hour later "polosa" calls me and the agent was extremely rude to me on the phone when I explained to her that I have already made arrangements. So I want to know from Cell C... WHO HAS MY ACCOUNT BE HANDED OVER TO AND WHO SHOULD I BE SPEAKING TO IN THIS REGARD. IT IS VERY CONFUSING. PLEASE CALL ME ON THE NUMBER PROVIDED ON HELLOPETER URGENTLY!!!
