Harassment due to mistaken Identity

For the last 8 months, I have been receiving threatening calls and text messages from Creditworx, insisting that I am Mr Francis and that there is an outstanding amount that was needed to be paid. I had clarified my position that I am not Mr Francis, and confirmed my identification, and that the telephone number that they were calling was the wrong one. The phone calls increased to 3 or 4 times a day, and I have repeatedly taken the time to explain it to both the line employees, supervisors, who have promised me again and again that they will remove my number from their records and stop harassing me... all to no avail. I considered suing them for harassment. I have the documentation of the number of calls and text messages through my service provider Cell C. Creditworx is an organisation that is obviously without leadership, lack of manners, as I always get the feeling that employees and supervisors are afraid to take these issues to higher authorities for resolution.

Please help to end this constant harassment!
