Unable to explain the extra fees on the statement

My Finchoice debt was handed over to creditworx and I am paying it off on a monthly basis by debit order, I asked for a statement so that I can see if theres any progress on my debt and on the statement theres R57 receipt fee added monthy, R419 for outstanding commission and R17.10 Telephone calls fee of calls that I did not even receive.

I asked one of the consultants to explain the fees and she failed to do so and said she will ask her Team Leader and will come back to me and no one ever got back to me, Im still waiting.

I want them to give me a settlement amount and remove or explain all the extra fees they keep on adding on the account.
