I have received several calls and sms's claiming that I owe money in respect to a defaulted Virgin Active account. No matter how many times I indicate over the phone that I am not the correct person, I cannot seem to get the message across that MBD has the wrong number. I was spoken to very rudely by a lady called Emily and she could not understand that I am a different person to whom she was looking for.
Please could I have a response as to why you have my phone number and why I am being harassed for no reason what so ever - It is simply case of mistaken identity.
