Personal Loan issue

I paid my FNB personal loan in full on the 13th of April 2013. Did everything according to the book. Wen t in to my local branch deposited the money directly in to their account. Faxed thru the papers to the branch in Johannesburg. After a week the personal loan still appeared on my internet banking and I phoned them on 23 April 2013 According to fnb the money was not allocated to the account yet and they will do it within 4 days.By the end of April the debit order was processed on my account... BUT THE LOAN WAS ALREADY PAID IN FULL. FNB should refund me but the don't I have been phoning for the last 2 weeks just to speak to one stupid person after another and I still don't have my money.
