Debited for Personal Loan Paid Up

I got a settlement quote on FNB Personal Loan on 1 August 2013, and I paid up the loan in full on 2 August 2013. I then called for the Paid up letter the following week and I was informed that they have received payment and the account will be closed, and the loan would be removed from my Online Banking. On 23 August I was debited again from my Cheque Account for a Personal Loan Instalment from FNB, even though the Account was paid up as per the settlement quote I received??? I called and was told it would be rectified within 3 working days. Why should I wait for 3 working days for this amount to be returned to my cheque account when it is not my fault??? I was then told it would be escalated and sorted out on Friday, this has still not been done and this amount does not even appear in the Loan Account. PLEASE SORT OUT NOW!!!
