I had a personal loan with FNB, that was for 6 month and the installment was 1216 and i was paying that via debit order from my standard bank account.. my last installment in April 2013 was R1.209, 48 and that was taken from my standard bank account (I have proof) however i got an sms saying only R1099, was deposited to the personal loan, so i was left owing FNB R 108.00 rand, so seeing that my account was not settled, i payed that R108, to settle the loan, i then called FNB and spoke to (P Gumede on the 24 April) asking what happened to the other money, i was told to send my bank statement showing that the R1.209, 48 was paid to the loan, and i did that via email addressed to PGumede on the 24 April at 1024am, but she didn't come back to me, and the account is still showing that am owing R1212.00 and its still open on the credit buerea, i would like to know what happened to the rest of the extra money i paid? and will like the account to be updated as paid up and closed with the ITC, Experian, XDs and compuscan.
