My name is Ipeleng Sehume and i took salary protection with FRANK, i cant clearly remember the date, but i think it was early 2009. Up to this day, i have never received my policy papers. But FRANK never fails to debit my account every month. Now with so many people complaining about not getting their claims from FRANK, im really starting to worry. How will i claim if i dont have my policy numbers, if i maybe get retrenched or get disabled? I dont even know my Policy number.
