Every aspect of my dealing with them is terrible

Needed to have my cracked screen replaced on my contract phone...

Took it to my nearest branch (knysna) was told 2-3 WEEKS to send to jo'burg for repairs, but I could take it to George to be quicker (drive 30 mins) to George office, and was told 2 days. Wonderful!
That was two and half weeks ago, and still no phone...

Firstly I was told parts needed to overnight from Jo'burg, that took 1 week, although I was told each day that the parts would be here next day. I then asked to send the fixed phone to the knysna branch for pick up. that was a week ago. I phone again on friday to see where phone was. But only then was told, I had to pay first before the phone would be sent. I wasn't told anything about payment the week before, so I assumed I would pay when I picked the phone. I was sms'ed banking details, and email to send Proof of payment. Did so on Monday, and now Wednesday phone still in George office, as they haven't seen any proof of payment or noticed the cash payment into their account on the Monday... I now have sent the POP twice by fax and twice to separate email addresses, and still phone is in George... How can this Office still have any customers...
