R9000 from my account

I had reported an atm on my account 3 months ago where i lost r9000. i believe that some individuals had tampered with the atm machine unknowingly to me, and as i put my bank card to withdraw money from my account, after putting my password, immediately i got an sms that r4000 had gone out, i thought it was a mistake, few minutes later, another r4000, then i realise something wrong is going on, then i tried to call the card unit to cancel my card, but before the process was concluded, another r1000 had gone out of my account. it was then i realise that i have been defrauded.
Until now, i am yet to be refunded this said amount by my bank. i believe i have trusted them to keep my money safe and all equipment provided to access my cash should be safe for ne to use. please peter help me recover the money. thank you
