Address not given to couriers

I ordered a new petrol card. After taking the time to type the delivery address on the website, I received a phone call where the person asked me to repeat absolutely everything. After 10 minutes of using phonetic alphabet for every single thing, she had the address. Now I've been contacted by the courier who said he does not have his ID with him so he cannot deliver the card to my building as he doesn't have access. I struggle to believe that this is the first delivery that FNB has made. I don't see why I should leave my building (during a meeting mind you) and waste my own time to pick up the card - why was the planning not done correctly so that the card could be delivered to me? I am really disappointed in the courier services that FNB offers.
