Cant swipe with my access gold card

Opended an account in Jan and received a a new access card that i cant swipe with it but only do withdraw money.i went to Sandton to enquire and the consultant helped to change password hoping the card will work was told to use the card after 15mins, next day i tried to use my card and still not working! went bank to Midrand and the consulatant ordered new card, after a week i received new card but to my surprise the new card still has the same problems as the old card! went to northgate and got assist by another consultant and am still awating for feedback as she logged a call with card division to investigate my card problems.all i can do with this card is to withdraw money and not swipe such inconvient caused as if i dont have money in the bank and i have to look like an as if am doing this intentionally. i even had to open fnb account just so i can swipe with my card since standard bank cant figure out whats wrong with their card and am paying monthly fee for their parthetic card that is making my life a mess... been with the bank since i knew what a bank is but now very disppointted with their service cant wait to switch everything else to fnb. stuck with 2 gold card
