I have an administrative query regarding my account and have been trying to reach ABSA HOC for the last week.
The number I use is 0861 722 272 option 1.
I even send an email on the 8th of May, but no response. I stay on the line between 5 and 10 minutes every day, but they just keep on telling me to hold and that nobody is available at present. Some days I even try two or three times to get through.
Please can someone get back to me as I have urgent matters that needs to be addressed regarding my policy.
