Poor service

Had an accident on 02 May. The above bank was informed immediately. Every time time I call I am being given a run around. An assessor was sent on 6 May. Told me that on 7 May I would receive a call with regards to the panel beater I was to take my car to. I have called every day since with no joy. Pume promised to call on Friday, 10 May. Did not call. When I called on Monday, I was promised that I would definitely receive by the afternoon. No call came. I called again today, and was told I would be contacted. I was. I was given Durban Panel beaters number and address. When we called the above, they had no knowledge of my repair. I spoke to Xavier, who emailed the above. When we called the panel beaters again, they did not have the email.called std bank again, this time Rafele sent an email. Finally Durban panel beaters received it. I am frustrated with the banks service. Even more so because a drunk driver knocked me and I have to put up with the inconvenience of not having a car for I don't know how long. I will have to hire a car at my expense until my car is fixed. I do not have a courtesy car plan, however, as this was no fault of mine, I would think I would be offered one.
