I applied for an extension to my bond. In June an extra amount of R3500 was taken of my bank account for my home loan. I phoned and after 4 days received my money back. This month the same thing happened and I phoned on Tuesday 2013/07/02 and was told 4 days again. Today i phoned to find out what was happening only to be told that there is nothing on the system. So I still sit with out the money that I need to pay accounts due to a mess up from Standard Bank. The extension of my bond money i am yet to receive so where the mess up came from I have no clue. I have been banking with Standard Bank for 24 yrs and well after this I am thinking of moving to another bank.
