LOAN FAILS STUDENT

January 7th I applied for my student loan at the Blue Route branch in Cape town where i completed everything that was asked of me. Weeks later i received no confirmation as to whether or not my loan was approved. After countless phone calls i was told that my original consent form was faxed to through the wrong number (the fax that was sent from a standard bank consultant). My loan was eventually approved and I signed all the necessary forms. I was then told that everything is sorted and that my institution will paid and the excess will be put into my bank account. I then had to open up a standard bank account (March 10th) in order for this money to be transferred... i was told this would be done in 2-3 days there after...

Its been 3 weeks now and still my tertiary institution has not been paid and i have seen nothing of the excess even though i need it to continue with my studies. Money has been taken from my beneficiary but nothing has come my way.

I have made several phone calls, spent endless hours in the bank, but i never seem to get the answers I need.

Standard Bank advertised their student loan so wonderfully but don't seem to deliver.

Please pay my School Fees.
