Poor service

I requested an additional amount on my home loan. Completed all forms in the bank and waited. Received sms for additional paperwork which i supplied within hours. No further communication from bank so I called to be informed the application has been cancelled due to me not supplying correct document. The application was renewed as a re advance which I am grateful for as it saves me a considerable amount. So i had to resubmit ID and proof of residence as the documents originally supplied inside the bank was now not good enough anymore. So i visited the bank again for this within hours. After a few days I phoned as I heard nothing to be told that all is approved and I must complete readvance form and confirmation of bond payment account details. Which I completed at another branch and faxed from work as instructed by bank agent. Called again a few days later to follow up as I heard nothing to be told they received the documents but must be bank stamped and verified which I completed yesterday after very strange reaction from bank agent as in hear words We never do this for these forms. Faxed and sent off. Called call centre earlier no forms. This is only half the story out of space
