Poor & Pathetic service from Standard Bank HL

I recently applied for a readvance loan from Standard bank and after a torrid one month a very small fraction of the amount was granted. They advised i submit a re advance payout form with all the neccessary documents, i did do the first time and waited for 7 working days, when i received nothing, i decided to contact them and they said No, i need to go into the bank and process all the documents.

I went into the bank with my wife and a standard bank employee assisted us. We waited for 10 working days yet we didn't receive any communication, i decided to call again and they said they need the payout form stamped. I went back to the employee and he back dated the stamp, i faxed everything again.

I waited another 5 working days, nothing. I called and they said the payout form shouldn't have been back dated that was when i went beserk!! This are standard bank employees who don't really know what they are doing, one person says one thing, another says another.

Your home loans division is filled with lazy workers who just want to get paid for doing nothing. I have faxed all the forms again and i await another story from Standard Bank. This is poor and pathetic honestly.
