On 8 March my wife had a car accident. On 15 April I took the car to their assessors as requested. I followed up numerous times to ascertain when and where the car was to be repaired. I complained by telephone, e-mail and website and eventually received a call from Virgin who apologised. I received an sms from Auto Magic on 16 April advising that my car was booked for 29 April. I was told the car was ready on 7 May. The car had many unacceptable issues, including spray on the car seat, rubbers damaged or missing, etc and I refused to take the car. I e-mailed Virgin via the web-site address and all 3 e-mails eventually bounced back, undeliverable, after trying for 76 hours. I called the Virgin office to report this but, just as when I previously called to complain, I was bounced from one person to another, and this time eventually the line was cut off. I still don't have my car back after 2 weeks and don't know how to get through to someone who actually listens to complaints there.
