Why is it that when ABSA does ask its clients to reply to opt out of call centre calls, that the call centre still calls its clients?
How can it be that the "TOP BANK" in SA does such a poor job of client service? ABSOLUTLEY USELESS!!!
I pay large banking fees for such nonsense. I am not a millionaire, but I am a client!
Get it together ABSA!!!
