On 5 MARCH 2013 I was involved in a collision. While at the scene, I called Virgin Money Insurance to find out what the procedure is, and if they want to tow the vechicle. They advised that they would tow.
No feedback was received between submission of the claim (next day) until I phoned and queried the progress of the claim some time later. After MANY phone calls (from my side), car was scheduled to arrive at the appointed panelbeaters on 27 MARCH 2013, but only arrived there on 3 APRIL 2013 - which came to light after I spoke to the panelbeaters themselves. Repairs were scheduled to start on 15 APRIL 2013 and completed the week of 30 APRIL 2013. On the Friday that I was due to pick-up my vehicle, but the panelbeaters called to say they picked up additional issues that needed repairs. All the while: NO follow-up from Virgin Money.
Today I called Virgin Money to find out if they will consider giving me another two weeks' car rental, and to check progress. Was told Katlego would call back. He did, I was unable to take the call. I left a message for him to call me back. NO RESPONSE AT 17:00...?
Nature of my work allows me little to no time for phonecalls. WHAT TO DO???
