Bayport responded to my enquiry and did a telephonic application for a cell phone with me. The Bayport representative told me on two separate occasions that my contract has been approved and that the phones will be delivered to me in 5 to 7 days.
I didn't hear anything again and on following up with them they no say that the application has been rejected as they cannot confirm my employment, but I was already told the application was approved and furthermore they say that the conversation is recorded. I work with a company that employ's 17 people, has a 200sqm office building and 5 company vehicles??? how can they not confirm employment when they take your bank details and can easily check the income from the company in the bank account. I've had my bank account for 8 years and they could easily confirm this at the bank. I think it is very poor service to tell me that all has been approved and then retract. the excuse of not confirming employment is weak... I have been at the company for 8 years... Poor!!! very very Poor service
