Hi my name is sipho, i'm sending this massage on behalf of my fiance about the bad service we got from Bayport Financial Service. My Fiance applied for a loan last week Monday with Bayport and after two days was told to submit a letter confirming employment and that was submitted after that we were then told that the application will be processed but to our surprise after 8 days of getting no help nor feedback my wife called and was told the application is declined because of employment confirmation.
We are really not accepting this answer as we feel Bayport dragged us for days asking for documents that needed to process only to decline when it suit's them. i will like this issue to be sorted out ASAP so we could move on with our lives course we relied a lot on this loan to told otherwise after days.
