DISGUSTING SERVICE AND FALSE HOPE

On the 15/05/2013 i received a call from your call centre did an application and was pre qualified for a 2 phone combo deal, i was congratulated more than once that my applicaion was successful and that someone would call me to confirm all the details just to make sure it is correct, they called and i advised them that thay had the wrong company name, they told me they would just need to confirm employment and i would have my phone in 3-7 working days, i received an sms to confirm this, i called today just to be advised i never applied for a phone, i then applied for a loan and told them to put it on hold till i could find out what happened with the cellphone, i called again just to be disconnected 10 time spoke to a service consultant ref284226 just to be told i never applied for a loan this morning it was a cellphone, and that my cell application was declined yesterday as they could not confirm employment, how the, i got a call now to find out if i received the email with regards to my loan. I am contacting the ombudsman and reporting you for false advertizing. and now i'm told i have to wait another 30 days to apply for a phone. i work for a registered company
