Spoke to 5 different people!!! no help

So I am trying to open an account with FNB, however, this is not starting off very well. The card was delivered to me, so i open the envelope and followed the "easy steps" in order to activate the account. i get sms to say that i have succesfully registered online ect. however if i want to log on i keep on getting errors. i was at the ATM TWICE already, i did activate the pin, i enabled the pin, then apparently i had to register for online banking at the ATM- there is no such option!!! ill rather just stay where im banking currently!
