Do Not Make to SWITCH to FNB

We have all heard the great adverts about FNB and the all so popular STEVE ad's! So eventually I also wanted to SWITCH to FNB after 15 years with my current bank. When I opened my account everything went smoothly and I had no problems. FNB then advised me it will take up to 3 working days for me to receive my new card.

I only received my card today (6 Working Days Later) When I phoned to activate my card, the lady advised me that it will take ANOTHER 24 - 48 Hours for my papers to be uploaded then only I can activate my card. I told her that this is absurd and it's a real time waster! Then she had the audacity to tell me "GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT" This is completely unacceptable and really unprofessional FNB!

I really actually want to cut up my card and kick myself for making such a stupid SWITCH to FNB! I am highly disgusted!

I have 3 other family members and co workers who also wanted to move with me to FNB, but they are all depending on my experience on making their decision - Think you will not be gaining 4 new clients with these events!

It will take a miracle for me to change my mind and still SWITCH to FNB!
