Ever since I've joined Standard Bank, I had nothing but bad service, the worst bank ever! I regret joining it and I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy to join Standard Bank. I once lost my card, and requested a new one, with this new card, I cannot swipe or withdraw anything even when I have funds available!!! I've been to the branch a couple of times and they've been telling me the same that it is "fine" and now "working" everytime I shop, I get embarrassed coz the tellers keep saying their speedpoint doesn't recognize the card! AT EVERY SINGLE SPEEDPOINT! I have called standard bank a couple of times to solve this matter but they haven't done a single thing! I am furious! This is the worst bank ever! No one seems to care about me being their customer! I hate standard bank! I hate myself for joining such a bank! If I only I was warned before I opened this account!!!
