Empty promises, bad service delivery!

I requested for an e-statement 27 Novermber 2012. At first I was ignored, then I was sent the incorrect statements about 3 times. After a month I eventually got a call and an email stating I will get all required statements 16 January 2013. I still have not received anything!!! Im so disappointed by Absa`s service delivery and they have an excuse for everything but does not fix the matter.
