My vehicle is being financed with Absa. I have requested to receive my statements via e-mail as post takes time before it reaches me. I have been receiving statements in a format that I cannot read or download and I was told that it is the only format used by Absa. It is pointless for me to receive my statements because i CAN'T read them. I have called and e-mailed a number of times and requested that these please be sent on PDF however my requests have gone unnoticed and/or ignored. This is frustrating and I cannot understand why there is no other option available for clients who cannot download the programme. My question to Absa is; If i cannot download the program required, do I then not receive my statements electronically? Is it a case of 'too bad? ' Please clarify.
