Johannes provided excellent service of good quality, his attitude on the phone you could tell that the person is enjoying his work and with that kind of attitude i could tell he was looking forward to putting a smile in another customer's face after i would have spoken to him. it is alway re-assuring to see that there are still people out there who take pride in excuting their duties and adhering to the Batho Pele Principles diligently so.
