Last week I went into the Capitec Bank website because I wanted to take up a loan with them and possibly change banks. So I filled in my details because the website required me to fill in my personal details and how much I wanted and how I was going to repay the amount.
After that whole process I got a message stating that a consultant was going to call me, it's been over a week and I haven't received any call from Capitec. And you ask yourself why people are so sceptic about banking with capitec. Customer Service, you could learn a thing or two from Nedbank.
