ABSA is simply unable to deliver an eStatement

Having experienced problems with the delivery of my monthly statements via the SA Post Office, I decided to register to receive my statements via email. Having done so in June 2012, now more than a year later, ABSA still finds themselves unable to deliver an eStatement without me having to ask someone to do so EACH AND EVERY MONTH.

ABSA staff members who have been involved with trying to find a resolution to the problem include: Robert Moorkey, Earl Takka, Armand Beytell, Candice Weideman, Shaun Dido, Virgil Bradford, Petrus van Breda & Cindy January, just to name a few. I have had ABSA blame everyone and everything [from my service provider/s to my own PC settings] for non-delivery and have even had ABSA staff visit me at my home to check my PC and it's settings.

ABSA's theory that the problem is on my side simply falls flat as their system is programed to send my eStatements to two completely separate email accounts [without their emails reaching either of the two]. When they however re-send my statements each month at my request, their emails arrive without fail at BOTH email accounts. To date, I have had nothing but empty promises from all concerned to find a solution.
