No Statements received since I bought the Vehicle

In April 2012, I bought a Vehicle through ABSA Bank. Since then, I never received any statements. I requested numerous times directly to ABSA, but still no response. My payment monthly is good enough, but do not get any statements. I hope that this request will eventually find their ears??? I do have a lot of reference numbers from ABSA, but still no service. This is a breach of contract. Please help!!!
