I am having severe problems getting my e statements from ABSA. Since April 2013, I am not receiving any statements. Last month I requested statements 17 times and they still send April's. This month I have tried 5 times to get July's statement and they still send that of April. ABSA is suppose to send my statements by the 15th of every month. NO SERVICE
