Unprofessional response - Enatis documents

I have requested copies of ENATIS documents, as the first documents the bank sent to me in 2010. These were NOT the original documents which the licensing department rejected o transfer the vehicle onto my name!
They now refuse to give me copies, with a response of only saying,

"good day, Account no 56877946 was sent out on 10/5/2010 at edgardale 1g3 1 press avenue crown mines it was sent by ccd couriers. kind regards Avaf PC"

Another problem is that the call centre is impossible to get through to, I had to hold on for more than an hour and a half, and eventually gave up. I was only able to get to speak to a Call centre operator the next day.
