After requesting the original documents from Absa for a trailer that was settled more than 2 years ago. I get a mail from them stating that I must first pay an amount in order to get a new copy form the licensing department. I never received the documents in the 1st place. I find it ridicules that I must pay to get the papers they should have on files.
