Death Paper still not logged

My son passed away on the 6-02-2013. I went to Eastgate branch to give in the death certificate & id. They said unfortunately the executor must deal with it but they will stop the accounts so long. My father who is the executor went to the Standard Bank branch with certified copies of the documents they required, they then sent him back saying that they want the original documents that they can certify it themselves, on the third time after they changed their minds to which documents they need they said he must go to the Brandwag branch on Monday. Eventually he managed to get them to take the documents. I received a letter from there Credit rehabilitation dated 17 May 2013 and when I phoned them I held on for more than twenty minutes to get through to the right department just to hear that they have not received the documents and the documents are now different to the ones they first required. If there is anyone who can give me advice or help it would be appreciated.
