Instructions were given October 2013 to call centre vehicle asset finance to send vehicle registration documents to ABSA George CBD, after no response was received i visited George branch (27 January 2014) to assist me in locating the vehicle registration documents and was revered to a phone kiosk to contact the call centre. Several phone calls were made after each department passing the bucket even a call to mounties (the delivery company) to track my documents, each consultant revered a different location, and giving another number.
I then after spending an hour and half on the phone being revered from A-Z and Z-A AND back again insisted on being helped by a branch consultant, still after 2 hours in the branch i went home with still no idea where my vehicle registration documents are.
After 72 hours she phoned me and confirmed that she still cannot tract my documents.

TODAY... TOMMOROW... TOGHETER NEVER AGAIN!!!
